Heat Press Guidelines – Find the Perfect Settings for Your Equipment!

Every heat press operates differently, so it's essential to test and adjust the temperature, time, and pressure to achieve the best results for your setup.

Standard Heat Press Settings:

🔥 Temperature: 315-325℉

💪 Pressure: 60-80 PSI (Firm)

⏳ First Press: 15 seconds

⏳ Second Press: 10 seconds

Heat-Sensitive Fabric Settings:

🔥 Temperature: 265-280℉

💪 Pressure: 60-80 PSI (Firm)

⏳ First Press: 20 seconds

⏳ Second Press: 10 seconds

Pro Tip: Always run a test press to ensure the best adhesion and finish for your fabric type

📸 For maximum image quality, we recommend a resolution of 300 DPI—most images will work as long as they are not visibly blurry.
