At Axo Brands, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their DTF transfers and custom printing services. However, we understand that occasionally, issues may arise with your order. Below is our Return and Refund Policy to help guide you through the process.
1. Return Policy
We accept returns for defective or damaged products. If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please follow the steps below:
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, along with photos of the damaged or defective product.

Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.
Note: Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for custom products unless they are damaged or incorrect due to our error.
2. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is in its original, unused condition, we may provide a refund under the following conditions:
Conditions for Refunds:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Refunds are available for incorrect items, defective products, or orders that were never received.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
3. Non-Refundable Products
The following items are non-refundable:

Custom DTF transfers that were produced according to the customer’s specifications.

Products that have been used or altered.

Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want.
5. Shipping for Returns
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping fees unless the product is damaged or incorrect. If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Original Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs for returned or exchanged items.
